Owner Bennjamin Overholt created Two Loons from recipes he uses on his regular menus. Now they are available to the public to be enjoyed in households across Northern Michigan.
"I have fun creating new spice blends for all sorts of things. It's one of the best parts of cooking professionally. I've had a number of clients ask if I'd ever bottle any recipes, so here I am, listening to them and doing my best to get on shelves."
